Due to depletion of fossil fuel reserves and increasing cost of the petroleum products are the big troubles of todays world from past to present, tendency of oil price have increased consecutively. Plastics have woven their way into our daily lives and now pose a tremendous threat to the environment. Over a 100 million tonnes of plastics are produced annually worldwide, and the used products have become a common feature at overflowing bins and landfills. According to their combustibility, wastes are basically categorized as either burnable or unburnable. The unburnable wastes are treated by recycling, re-use, or landfilling, depending on the material. Plastics are inert. So they usually do not mixed or make bond with other substances. It means that plastics do not decay normally (un- degradable). As a result, plastics are making so much harmful problems for mankind. While we enjoy the conveniences that plastics can provide, the treatment of waste plastics becomes an unavoidable and imminent issue. In this regard, it can be safely stated that we are in urgent need and effective ways to recycle waste plastics. Attention is also focused on using oil derived from waste plastics in diesel engines. Waste lubricant oils and biofuels are two important alternative fuel sources proved to be the best substitutes for existing petro fuels, since waste generated oils represent more than 60% of used lubricant oils. In recent years, recycling of the waste lubricant oils and utilizing of the products as fuels have become important topics for researchers. Waste plastics first treated in a heater at a certain temperature distance. Then melted plastic passed into a reactor where its carbon chain breaks down into different level depending on different temperature level. Then from the distillation chamber different kinds of gas and fuel can be collected.
